Traditional heating sealed container reactor; Monowave 50 is a traditional heated synthesis reactor specifically designed for teaching experiments and standard experimental chemistry. Monowave 50 makes the synthesis speed several times faster than traditional stirrer electric heating plate devices, while providing microwave reactor performance at the price of high-pressure reactors.
High cost-effectiveness:
Monowave 50 performs typical laboratory experiments at a speed comparable to microwave synthesis reactors, and can obtain results of the same quality (i.e., the same yield and product purity) for only a small fraction of the price of a microwave reactor. Monowave 50 provides a simple touchscreen user interface, real-time temperature and pressure monitoring, as well as data storage and display.
Easy to use:
Monowave 50 is designed specifically for smartphone users. The intuitive user interface and the ability to conduct simple experimental programming directly through the touch screen make it easier for students to learn new technologies. This software is designed to avoid non compliant reaction schemes, so there is no need for supervision during programming experiments. The method and experimental data can be downloaded from the instrument via USB.
Safe and sturdy:
At the beginning of each experiment, Monowave 50 mechanically locks the chamber to prevent accidental opening when the reaction vessel is pressurized. Continuously monitor the reaction temperature and pressure, and if it exceeds the operating limit range (20 bar and 250 ° C), the equipment will automatically shut down. At the end of each experiment, safely release the overpressure.
The reaction vessel is protected by a stainless steel sleeve, so if the vessel ruptures, the user is always safe. Cleaning only takes a few minutes, minimizing downtime as much as possible.
Compact and portable
Monowave 50 weighs 8.5 kg and occupies an area of 20 cm x 40 cm. It only requires minimal workspace and can even be safely and easily transported in a backpack. Unlike standard laboratory glassware devices, Monoway 50 can be operated outside of a fume hood. The only installation requirement is to provide a plug and exhaust port. The instrument adopts plug and play installation and can run within five minutes. This makes this device very suitable for laboratories that require quick setup of experiments and sharing of laboratory space or instruments between different courses. The instrument can even be placed in a glove box.
